American Entrepreneurs Share Secrets of Success in Business Leadership
On June 10 and 11, five experienced managers of the “Chick-fil-A” company, the second largest chain of chicken restaurants in the U.S., conducted two seminars at ConGen Thessaloniki. The American managers held one seminar for members of the ConGen-founded Young Entrepreneurs of Thessaloniki (YET) and one seminar for the American Chamber of Commerce of Thessaloniki and the Hellenic Management Association. The seminars aimed at sharing the Chick-fil-A customer-focused approach and model of leadership, exchanging views on the current economic crisis, corporate social responsibility, and practical issues faced by business managers.
