Consulate General Thessaloniki Announces New Appointment System for American Citizen Services

Consulate General Thessaloniki is pleased to announce that we now have an appointment system for American Citizen Services (ACS), effective September 17, 2012.  

To improve customer service and reduce waiting times, the following routine ACS services are now by appointment only: 

• Passport Services (renewal, replacement, first time issuance)
• Reports of Birth Abroad
• Additional Visa Pages
• Notarial Services

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow sufficient time to clear security and enter the waiting room. 
Scheduled appointments will be automatically canceled for applicants who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. Applicants who arrive late must make a new online appointment. 

If you have a lost or stolen passport and you must travel urgently, please call 2310-242-905.  These cases will be considered on an individual basis.
