Dance Competition Brings Balkan Youth Together
On May 8-9, ConGen co-sponsored the annual Battle of the Year – Balkans break dance competition, which attracts youth from around the Balkans interested in Hip Hop culture. More than 2,000 students from Thessaloniki, other cities around Greece and the Balkans attended the festival, which has become one of Thessaloniki’s most popular events of the year. Well-known American break dancer Joel Martinez participated in the event with the support of the Consulate.
