Call on Police Inspector General of Northern Greece
On October 1, Consul General Catherine Kay paid an initial courtesy call on Police Inspector General of Northern Greece Lt. General Stergios Apostolidis and Police General Director for the Prefecture of Thessaloniki Mj. General Constantinos Kasapakis at Police headquarters. CG Kay and the generals discussed security issues in Northern Greece, including the pressing problem of illegal immigration and possible areas for future cooperation and training.
