On October 6, Consul General Catherine Kay visited 7th Regional Administration Coast Guard Commander Dimitrios Papazarias, who briefed her on Coast Guard responsibilities and activities within his area of operations. CG Kay and Commander Papazarias also discussed the issue of illegal immigration regularly confronted by the Coast Guard in Northern Greece.
