Thessaloniki’s bid for Expo 2008
The host city will be decided in December 2004 by the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) . The President of the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dimitris Bakatselos, briefed Consul General Alec Mally on Monday, December 22, 2003 about Thessaloniki’s bid to host Expo 2008.
