United States Observes Holocaust Remembrance Day

On January 27, the Jewish Community of Thessaloniki and Thessaloniki authorities observed the International Holocaust Remembrance Day.  At a formal ceremony in memory of Jewish Greek Martyrs and Heroes of the Holocaust, CG Yee laid a wreath at the Holocaust Memorial in downtown Thessaloniki.  The Consul General also attended Holocaust Memorial events in Larissa on January 29, 2008.
