Greece –
On April 8 the U.S. Consulate General hosted a training seminar for Greek police and other law enforcement personnel on recognizing pirated and altered goods. The seminar was organized by the Motion Pictures Association, TM Eye Hellas and the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry. Approximately 40 law enforcement employees received practical training on fighting trade in pirated and counterfeit goods and learned about the status of Greek and international efforts..
