Thessaloniki Team will Represent Greece in Jessup Moot Court International Competition
On February 27, the Consulate General in Thessaloniki hosted a rehearsal session for the Aristotle University students participating in the Jessup Moot Court competition. Law students Ioanna Pervou, Afroditi Giovanopoulou, Natasa Athanasiadou, Victoria Kyriakou and Isabella Tsirba, coached by Dr. Yannis Naziris, presented their case to a panel of three judges. Later that week, the Thessaloniki team participated in Greece's final competition and won the right to represent Greece in the international contest in the United States in April 2008.
