“The Northern Pages” Launched September 1, 2008

The U.S. Consulate General in Thessaloniki began publishing a bimonthly newsletter named “Northern Pages” in September 2008. It's goal is to inform the public about Consulate General activities and issues related to the relations between the United States and northern Greece. The Consulate General circulates paper copies of “Northern Pages” as well as an electronic version.
In addition to providing information, “Northern Pages” offers an open dialogue with readers, including a question and answer column in which the Consul General, Mr. Hoyt B. Yee, answers questions submitted by the readers.Readers are also welcome to submit their own articles, comments and suggestions for the newsletter. In addition, the newsletter features a column about services the Consulate offers to American citizens, articles on social, cultural and educational issues and, last but not least, updates on the “Eagles”, the Consulate General’s very own football team.
