U.S. Consulate General Reopens to Public, Opens Condolence Book
Thessaloniki (September 14, 2001) - The American Consulate General in Thessaloniki will resume normal operation on Monday September 17. The Consular Section will be open to the public for regular business hours (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 09:00 am to 12:00 noon).
Following the tragic events of September 11 at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and Somerset, Pennsylvania, and in light of the many expressions of sympathy received from the people of northern Greece, we have opened a book of condolences. The book of condolences will be available for signing at the Tiano Room of the American Consulate General on Monday, September 17, and on Wednesday, September 19, from 09:00 am to 12:00 noon.
