Thessaloniki Dances To “NOMO” Music
On June 30, Consulate General Thessaloniki sponsored a concert by American band “NOMO,” a vibrant world music group with roots in African beats and in American free jazz. This outdoors, free admission concert, attracted approximately 400 people who enjoyed the ethnic and funk rhythms of “NOMO.” The concert was co-organized with the Office of Culture and Youth of the Municipality of Thessaloniki.
