Trafficking in Persons: Tri-Lateral Police Cooperation

The American Consulate General in Thessaloniki and the Stability Pact for SEE – Thessaloniki office, with the U.S. Embassies in Sofia and Skopje organized a two-day seminar on May 10-11, for police and customs officers from the three neighboring countries on enhancing police cooperation in combating the phenomenon of trafficking in human beings.

The event was supported by the Municipality of Kilkis. The seminar focused on best practices in the identification and assistance of victims and cross-border cooperation.
