U.S. Vice Consul Visits Sidirokastro

Honoring Ceremony of "Global Volunteers"

Vice Consul Elaine Paplos visited the "Agios Nektarios" foundation in Sidirokastro and participated in the honoring ceremony of ten American volunteers, members of "Global Volunteers," who came from the United States for the third consecutive year and offered their services to the foundation for two weeks. During an official ceremony the volunteers were honored with the city’s medal in the presence of the Mayor of Sidirokastro and other local officials.
