American Citizens and Wardens Meeting
The U.S. Consulate General held a warden meeting for the Thessaloniki Consular District on Monday, April 02, 2007. Wardens from Northern Greece and Thessaly attended, including wardens from outlying provincial cities like Larissa in Thessaly which is located several hours away. Consul General Hoyt Brian Yee thanked the wardens for their service in disseminating information to the American citizens residing in Northern Greece. Consul Elaine A. Paplos provided information them about the implementation of new electronic passports. She also presented an updated power point presentation which detailed all prefectures in Northern Greece as part of Thessaloniki’s consular district with statistics of registered American citizens and wardens.
